หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

• Prepare, issue and manage purchase orders (POs) based on production and inventory requirements

• Track and monitor the status of orders to ensure timely delivery

• Resolve discrepancies or delays in delivery schedules with suppliers

• Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers

• Evaluate supplier performance and address quality or service issues (KPIs dashboard, regular meetings)

• Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal stock availability to meet production and customer needs

• Coordinate stock replenishment to avoid overstocking or stock outs

• Database update

• Generate reports to monitor team efficiency

คุณสมบัติด้านความรู้และความสามารถ

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain or related fields.

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or procurement roles.

• Good command of both written and spoken in English.

• Proficiency in procurement software and tools (Excel mandatory, SAP appreciated but not mandatory.

• Detail and service mind oriented. Flexible, organised and adaptable in work.

• Good interpersonal skill, communication, quick ability to learn, ability to work within a team.
