Job Description:

  • Perform the procurement procedures and assist the supervisor in collecting data and information i.e. price, and contractors.
  • Develop the reports in relation to Procurement & Contract Management function.
  • Assist the supervisor in preparation of Sourcing, P/O, and letter of intent, EPC contract, non-EPC contract, consulting service agreements.
  • Prepare TOR, Enquiry, Purchase Order, develop the contracts and service agreements for hiring leasing companies (for computers, and vehicles), insurance companies (for building), consulting firms (e.g. for MIS, PR, HR divisions), and sub-contractors (for facility maintenance, cleaning and security guard) and good/service.
  • Perform the operation of share procurement for the items agreed to be centrally purchased.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree in Arts, Social Science, Political Science, Business of Administration or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in Procurement and Contract Management.
  • Good command of English/ TOEIC over 600.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.) and SAP.
  • Well knowledge of bidding, the conditions of contract, execution & contracts and payment management.
  • Initial knowledge of business law and tax regulation.
