What You'll Do

The role spans strategy formulation, organizational transformation, and hands-on execution, providing seamless support to front-office operations and the Board, leading Human Resources, Finance & Accounting, Information Technology, General Administration, Procurement, Risk Management, and Legal, with oversight of Safety/Occupational Health & Work Environment (SHE) as a supportive element. As Head of Business Support, you'll be the operational backbone of the organization, working directly with the CEO and Board. Your mission will be to:

  • Lead HR, Finance, and IT to deliver strategic impact, operational efficiency, and future readiness.
  • Drive organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement programmed.
  • Oversee financial management, reporting accuracy, and budget control.
  • Align IT systems and digital transformation with business needs.
  • Ensure effective procurement, general administration, risk management, and governance practices.
  • Maintain compliance with corporate policies and support workplace safety (SHE).
  • Represent Business Support at Board and Committee meetings with data-driven insights.

What We're Looking For

· –20 years of leadership experience in HR, Finance, and IT (essential), plus exposure to procurement and administration.

·      Proven track record in strategy execution, financial stewardship, and digital transformation.

·      Strong background in people development, workforce capability, and organizational culture.

·      Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

·      Fluent in Thai and English.
