About the role

Join the dynamic team at Top Link Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd. as an Import and Export Clerk Logistic. This full-time position is based in Chonburi and will play a vital role in the company's import and export operations within the manufacturing and logistics industries.

What you'll be doing

  • 1.Implement and cooperate ISO 9001:2015
    1. Implement and cooperate Safety management
  • 3.Implement and cooperate 5s management
    1. Establish, manage, and maintain warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
    1. Develop and implement logistics plans that align with project objectives. Coordinate the efficient movement of goods from suppliers to project sites, managing transportation partners and routes.
    1. Produce and process all necessary shipping, import/export, and customs documents.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records within procurement or logistics systems.
    1. Request for import and export material in the Kasco system
  • 8.Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records, as well as other relevant paperwork and data.
    1. Analyze logistics systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Monitor key performance metrics and gene
    1. Monitor inventory accuracy and update stock records in the system.
    1. Ensure operations follow all safety and security requirements, and coach staff on safe working practices.
    1. Follow up the daily production of each department.
    1. Coordinate and follow up with related departments
    1. Checking shipping documents and F/G during container loading
    1. Control material inbound and outbound
    1. Check HS. Code for material inbound and outboard in draft B/L
    1. Other matters assigned by department supervisor and managers

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. Willing to work hard.
  3. Good communication skills in Thai and English.
  4. Able to use Microsoft Office and Logistics.
