Job Description
Your primary purpose is to provide administrative support and assistance ensuring efficient operation of the office and seamless coordination of daily activities. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and employees, managing incoming communications, in person admin delivery coordination, and handling mail and correspondence and other ad hoc duties.

  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate recipients.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and packages for postage, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch
  • Assist with the processing and distribution of internal memos, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents, distributions of lunch vouchers (where applicable).
  • Provide general clerical support to various departments as needed, including data entry and document preparation.
  • Submission of in person deliveries to tax, social security and immigration authorities and legalizing documents
  • Assistance in governmental fee payments for client applications.
  • Visiting various authorities to pick up legal documents in person

Qualifications
Experience: 5 years of relevant experience

Education Qualification: Any graduate or postgraduate degree

Certification Required: NA
