Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Procurement Officer / Procurement Officer located in Bangkok. Procurement Operation

  • Manage end-to-end purchasing activities for assigned categories (F&B, kitchen supplier, uniform, consumables, etc.)
  • Ensure all purchases comply with procurement policies, cost control guideline, and quality standard.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders, monthly and quarterly bidding and coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery.
  • Monitor purchase requests to ensure accuracy of specifications, quantities, and delivery schedule.
  • Manage stock inventory and monitor MRP materials.

Supplier Management

  • Sourcing and evaluate new suppliers to ensure best value, quality, and service reliability.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service conditions with vendors.
  • Conduct supplier performance review.

Coordination & Support

  • Work closely with culinary chef instructors and operation teams to meet material requirements and delivery timeline.
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure proper documentation for invoicing and payment processes.

Administrative & Report duties

  • Support and provide quarterly spending reports, analyzing and summarizing in dashboard.
  • Maintain accurate purchase info record (Pricing list).
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and sustainability efforts within the supply chain.

Qualifications Procurement Officer

  • Thai nationality only
  • Proficiency in Procurement, Purchasing, and related procedures
  • Experience with Purchase Orders and Contract Negotiation
  • Strong Analytical Skills for assessing costs, budgets, and suppliers
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders
  • Knowledge and understanding of F&B purchasing in culinary, hospitality, or educational environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Qualifications Senior Procurement Officer

  • Thai nationality only
  • Proficiency in Procurement, Purchasing, and related procedures
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, including at least 2 year in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Experience with Purchase Orders and Contract Negotiation
  • Strong Analytical Skills for assessing costs, budgets, and suppliers
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with stakeholders
  • Knowledge and understanding of F&B purchasing in culinary, hospitality, or educational environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
