Senior Procurement Officer Position

Division/Department: ICT & Telecommunications Division

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Procurement Officer to join our ICT & Telecommunications Division. You will play a key role in managing procurement and logistics operations to support telecommunication projects, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate logistics for telecom equipment and materials.
  • Manage supplier and vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
  • Oversee transportation and delivery to project sites, ensuring safe and timely arrival.
  • Control procurement budgets and optimize supply chain costs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
  • Prepare and manage procurement documentation (POs, invoices, delivery records).
  • Provide reports on logistics performance and cost analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet project and client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain and logistics.
  • Strong background in purchasing, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
