As Procurement Category Senior Manager – Workplace & Real Estate, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading the strategic sourcing and category management for all Workplace and Real Estate initiatives at Agoda. Your primary focus will be on supporting office leasing, facilities management, in-office services, events, and driving the success of our HQ move to the new Bangkok One building. You will be responsible for vendor mapping and sourcing, contract negotiations, cost and quality control, and ensuring the highest standards in workplace experience and resource management.

In addition to your core responsibilities in Workplace and Real Estate, you will also provide procurement support to People Services, partnering with HR teams—including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, and Employee Experience. You will act as a trusted advisor, offering procurement expertise, vendor management, and contract negotiation for people-related programs and services, while collaborating closely with the B.com structure for additional support in these areas.

This position is part of Agoda's procurement structure and reports to the Senior Global Procurement Manager at Booking Holdings, with regular collaboration with the Booking Holdings Corporate Services Procurement team.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • At least 8 years of procurement experience, with a strong background in Workplace/Facilities management and Real Estate, as well as experience supporting People Services (HR procurement, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, Learning & Development, Employee Experience).
  • In-depth knowledge of strategic sourcing, category management, procure-to-pay processes, and supplier management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in vendor mapping, sourcing, contract negotiation, and managing cost and quality for workplace, real estate, and people-related services.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in spend analysis, as well as market and benchmark analysis.
  • A track record of driving innovation in procurement processes is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare and deliver impactful presentations.
  • Proven change management and project management capabilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop teams and build credibility with business partners, always prioritizing customer centricity.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, particularly within Workplace, Real Estate, and HR.
