HR Officer

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for factory positions (blue collar and administrative roles).
- Coordinate job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates as production expands.
- Work closely with management to understand staffing needs.
2. Employee Relations
- Serve as the primary contact point for employee concerns, questions, and workplace issues.
- Support employees in daily matters and help maintain a positive working environment.
- Facilitate communication between management and staff.
3. Attendance & Workforce Management
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift schedules.
- Prepare and maintain accurate daily and monthly HR reports.
- Ensure compliance with Thai labour regulations regarding working hours and leave entitlements.
4. Payroll Coordination
- Collect, verify, and calculate all data required for monthly payroll (attendance, overtime, leave deductions, allowances, etc.).
- Work with accounting/finance to ensure timely and accurate salary payment.
- Handle employee questions related to payroll and benefits.
5. HR Administration
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation.
- Prepare employment contracts, onboarding forms, and other HR paperwork.
- Support audit preparation and compliance requirements when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience in HR, recruitment, or factory workforce management preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Thai labour laws and standard HR processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, organized, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Basic English ability preferred (for communication with management).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic HR systems.
Additional Notes:
- The role requires being on-site daily at our factory.
- We are looking for someone proactive, dependable, and comfortable working in a growing production environment.
