Responsibilities:

  • Handle BOI-related procedures for machinery, equipment, raw materials, and related items under BOI privileges.

  • Prepare and submit required BOI reports such as:

  • Machinery and equipment import/export

  • Raw material usage
  • Investment progress
  • New product, production line, or business expansion projects (as required)
  • Coordinate BOI procedures related to business operations, technology transfer, and factory expansion.
  • Manage BOI privileges including import duty exemption, tax incentives, and visa & work permit support for foreign employees.
  • Liaise with BOI, Customs Department, Immigration, Industrial Estate, and other relevant authorities.
  • Monitor BOI conditions and reporting schedules to ensure compliance with BOI regulations.
  • Maintain BOI documentation for internal control and external audits.
  • Provide BOI-related information and guidance to management and related departments.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Finance, HR, and Headquarters.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in BOI operations, import/export, or government-related compliance.
  • Practical knowledge of BOI regulations, customs procedures, and reporting processes.
