Injection Molding Manager

Location: Wangnoi, Ayutthaya - วังน้อย

Working Hour: Mon – Fri (Every other Sat), 8:00am - 5:00pm ทำงานเสาร์เว้นเสาร์

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the injection molding production process to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Supervise the operation, adjustment, and troubleshooting of injection molding machines.
• Ensure proper maintenance and management of molds, coordinating with the maintenance team as needed.
• Optimize production conditions, including temperature, pressure, and cycle time, to achieve high-quality molded products.
• Lead and train production staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Analyze and improve production efficiency, waste reduction, and defect prevention.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality control, to resolve production issues.
• Maintain accurate production reports, process documentation, and performance evaluations.

Requirement:

• Strong knowledge of plastic injection molding process.
• Experience in operating and troubleshooting injection molding machines.
• Proven management experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic injection molding.
• Ability to lead and train teams to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for reporting and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
• Understanding of safety standards and quality control procedures in injection molding.
