About the Role

We are looking for a CEO Personal Branding Creator to build and elevate the personal brand of our CEO through impactful video and digital content.

This role goes beyond content creation — you will translate the CEO's vision, leadership mindset, business insights, and real behind-the-scenes moments into stories that resonate, inspire, and build long-term credibility.

If you love storytelling, short-form video, and working closely with top leadership, this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term personal branding strategies for the CEO
  • Create a structured storytelling framework to communicate leadership, vision, and business perspectives
  • Conceptualize, script, film, and edit video content independently (end-to-end)
  • Produce engaging short-form videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
  • Identify and capture strong moments on-site; act fast and creatively in real situations
  • Translate insights from EV technology, energy infrastructure, and charging networks into relatable content through the CEO's voice
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, values, and company strategy
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Graphic, and Production teams

Qualifications
  • 2–5 years of experience in video content creation or related fields
  • Experience in CEO / Executive Personal Branding is a strong plus
  • Strong storytelling mindset with a passion for people-focused content
  • Excellent understanding of modern social media platforms, especially short-form video
  • Able to work both strategically and hands-on
  • Video portfolio required (editing style and storytelling approach will be reviewed)
