About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Chief Executive Officer in both professional and personal matters. This position requires exceptional communication skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of international experience and local market understanding, ensuring seamless coordination across both global and Thai contexts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diary & Schedule Management: Coordinate and maintain the CEO's calendar, arrange meetings, appointments, and events, ensuring optimal use of time.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organize domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transport, and itineraries.
  • Visa & Documentation: Manage visa applications, renewals, and related travel documentation for the CEO and family members.
  • Personal & Family Assistance: Handle personal errands.
  • Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Administrative Support: Manage expense reports, prepare presentations, and handle confidential documents.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of corporate and personal events.
  • Local Market Understanding: Demonstrate a strong understanding of Thai business culture, service providers, and local logistics to effectively manage relationships and operations.

Qualifications

  • Native English speaker.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executives.
  • International experience and the ability to work comfortably with global stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
  • Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • In-depth understanding of working and living in Thailand, with the ability to navigate local systems efficiently.
  • Must already have the legal right to work in Thailand (no visa sponsorship provided).
