Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented System Analyst to help analyze, design, and optimize our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in system analysis and design. Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
2. Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses to determine the best solutions to meet client needs.
3. Work closely with software developers and testers to ensure the development and implementation of high-quality software solutions.
4. Design and develop system documentation, including process flowcharts, data models, and system architecture diagrams.
5. Assist with the development and execution of test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure software quality.
6. Provide guidance and support to end-users during system implementation and post-implementation stages.
7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
8. Collaborate with project management teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in system analysis, design, or a related role, preferably in the IT or software industry.
3. Strong understanding of SAP and/or Oracle NetSuite solutions and their development methodologies.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English being a plus.
5. Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office Suite, and system modeling tools.
6. Experience with project management tools such as Monday or Basecamp.
7. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
8. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strong team player.
