Job Summary:

We are seeking a Business Analyst to gather and analyze requirements, design effective solutions, and create clear documentation to guide UX/UI, System Analysts, and development teams. You will ensure our HIS products meet business goals with strong functionality, usability, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze requirements with stakeholders; map workflows and propose improvements.
  • Document business requirements, functional specs, and user stories.
  • Design solutions aligned with product strategy and user needs; collaborate with UX/UI.
  • Advocate for excellent user experience in healthcare technology.
  • Prioritize features using Agile methods with product owners and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on design, development, and implementation of solutions compliant with standards.
  • Deliver training and go-live support for end-users.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, run workshops, and facilitate consensus.
  • Provide reports on project progress and metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, improve processes, and share knowledge.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-3+ years as a Business Analyst in software/system implementation.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication in Thai and English.
  • Knowledge of Agile, SQL/databases, and software design principles.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and creating clear documentation.
  • Ability to train users and support go-live
  • Able to travel to other provinces
