Job Summary

Responsible for being overall accountability on Business processes implemented in various applications, Continuous process Improvement & Automation, Process documentation, Business Requirement analysis, Project Control and Support. Be an expert in Business processes of the company and proactively engage with users to automate the manual processes. Leading the implementation of Process Improvement projects, closely coordinate with business and IT teams. Drive the change process that will transform to a culture of process improvement and compliance.

Job Description

  • Gather requirements from the clients, understand business rules, and ensure alignment with development teams.
  • To prepare proposals and supporting documents for tender/bid submissions.
  • Focus on working efficiently which requires, to have a clear understanding of making Project Timelines, identify dependencies, and plan projects accordingly.
  • To take initiative in driving the business by acquiring new solution or technologies for projects.
  • To prepare and maintain effort estimation and user stories for the projects.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to communicate design/product and project strategy.
  • Provide guidance and consultation to user.
  • Design UX/UI and Functional design Systems
  • Design software integration and analyze APIs Spec for interface with other systems.
  • Identifying and designing business processes for automation by BPM workflow or RPA.
  • Determine the best testing approach and partner with the QA or end user team to support testing of functionality of the projects to meet evolving client requirements.
  • Create document to support project (Business Requirement, Functional specification, System Diagram, Sequence Diagram, System Flow, Detail Design Specification Document, Test Case for SIT and UAT, Training Document, User Manual. That depending on type of project)

Qualification

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
  • At least 5 years' experience in role of Business Analyst, System Analyst or Business Process Improvement
  • Experience in developing business process maps and formal requirements documentation such as business requirements document (BRD), System Diagram, Sequence Diagram, System Flow, Function Specification Document, Detail Design Specification Document, Test Case for SIT and UAT, Training Document, User Manual
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills combined with an ability to communicate with more technical IT teams or related parties
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

    Excellent reading, writing and speaking in English and Thai
  • Excellent communication skill, presentation skill and self-learning skill
  • Proficiency in the use MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
