Join FlowAccount's People Team and kickstart your career in Recruitment As a Junior Tech Recruiter, you'll play a key role in supporting our hiring process — helping us find and attract top talent, especially in the Tech field, while learning how to manage the full recruitment cycle in a fast-growing SaaS company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for both tech and non-tech positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
  • Support candidate communication and interview scheduling
  • Help maintain and update recruitment databases and reports
  • Participate in onboarding and offboarding processes (equipment handover, IT coordination, document prep)
  • Support employer branding activities, including career events and social media campaigns

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn about recruitment, tech roles, and employer branding
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Familiar with MS Office or Google Workspace tools
  • (Bonus) Internship or project experience in HR or recruitment
