This role will work as a Junior Recruitment Researcher & Candidate Delivery Specialist and is ideal for a detail-oriented individual passionate about sourcing, candidate research, and delivering top talent. It focuses on candidate management, research, and supporting our recruitment process behind the scenes, with minimal or no client-facing responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential candidates across various platforms including job boards, social media, professional networks, and internal databases.
  • Sift through CVs, perform candidate screening, and assess suitability based on role requirements.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, maintaining regular communication and updates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Support the end-to-end candidate delivery process, coordinating interviews and collecting candidate feedback.
  • Build and update candidate profiles, ensuring accurate and comprehensive data entry.
  • Assist senior recruiters in preparing candidate reports, screening summaries, and proposals.
  • Stay informed about talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry developments.
  • Support internal team efforts to meet recruitment targets through research, sourcing, and candidate management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related fields.
  • Strong research skills with experience in sourcing candidates via various platforms.
  • Prior experience in mass recruitment, volume recruitment, or roles that heavily emphasize candidate sourcing.
  • Prior sourcing and recruitment experience focused on IT roles would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks independently.
