Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangkok for a Manager Contracting & MICE. The Manager will be responsible for negotiating, securing, and maintaining competitive contracts with partners, including hotels, transportation providers, and service vendors. Day-to-day tasks include managing supplier relationships, executing vendor agreements, conducting regular market analysis & product development, and ensuring competitive pricing and inventory. The role also involves handling MICE inquiries, while maintaining high quality standards, building partnerships, and driving strategic initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Contract Negotiation, Vendor Management, MICE and Relationship Building
- Experience with Hotel Contracting, Reservations, and Supplier Management
- Proficiency in Communication, Networking, and Presentation skills
- Ability to manage projects, multitask, and meet deadline-driven goals
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years experience with a reputed DMC
