About the Role

Our Client is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Contract Management to join our APAC Sales team based in Bangkok. This role plays a critical part in managing customer contracts, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting our Thailand operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contracts from order receipt through to completion.
  • Review contract terms and Letters of Credit for financial and commercial accuracy.
  • Initiate production and procurement via internal work orders.
  • Lead contract review meetings across departments to align on deliverables.
  • Track project budgets and financial performance.
  • Forecast customer demand to support production planning.
  • Coordinate logistics to ensure on-time, in-full delivery (DIFOT).
  • Provide reports and commercial support to management.
  • Liaise with customers, government agencies, suppliers, and engineers.
Who We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field.
  • Proven experience in contract management or similar roles.
  • Strong commercial acumen and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Team player with strong organizational abilities.
  • Experience in business development is a plus.
