About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer who can take full ownership of user experience and interface design across our product ecosystem. You will work closely with product management, engineering, founders and customers to transform complex workflows into intuitive, beautiful and high-performing user experiences.

As a key member of the product team, you will shape the design vision, establish scalable design systems and ensure a world-class user experience across all touchpoints.


Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end design process: user research, journey mapping, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity UI.
  • Develop, maintain and evolve a scalable design system and component library.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering and AI teams to translate requirements into elegant solutions.
  • Conduct usability tests, gather qualitative & quantitative feedback and iterate based on insights.
  • Create clean, modern and highly functional UI layouts aligned with brand and product strategy.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across web and mobile experiences.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers.
  • Work data-driven and contribute to product strategy with a strong understanding of user behavior and business needs.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, ideally in SaaS or complex digital products.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating deep experience with user flows, modern UI, design systems and interaction design.
  • Mastery of Figma and UX research methods.
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive solutions.
  • Excellent understanding of responsive design, usability principles and accessibility best practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, agile product environments.
  • A mindset focused on detail, clarity, consistency and user-first thinking.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with AI-driven products or automation platforms.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS to communicate effectively with developers.
  • Experience in leading or building design teams.
