About the Company

Our client is a fast-growing and innovative startup operating at the intersection of gaming and blockchain technologies, headquartered in Bangkok. We are looking for a seasoned UI/UX professional to help shape and elevate the visual and interaction design of our digital products. You will play a key role in defining how our brand is experienced across multiple online channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with product, marketing, and development teams to establish and maintain a unified visual direction across websites, apps, and other digital interfaces.
  • Create high-quality visual assets for web pages and digital campaigns, ensuring they align with product and brand objectives.
  • Craft intuitive, visually appealing interfaces by thoughtfully using color, form, hierarchy, and typography.
  • Develop fresh concepts, page layouts, and graphic elements that improve usability and overall user experience.
  • Continuously monitor and research emerging UI/UX trends, patterns, and best practices, and apply them where appropriate.
  • Support a wide range of design activities as required, from quick mockups to polished, production-ready deliverables.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio covering both web and mobile products.
  • Solid grasp of design thinking and user-centered design methodologies, and how they inform product decisions.
  • High proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to give and receive clear, constructive feedback.
  • Confident presenting design rationale, workflows, and solutions to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on pixel-perfect execution and visual consistency.
  • Comfortable collaborating closely with developers and other designers throughout the delivery process.
  • Previous experience working on gaming or e-commerce products will be considered a significant plus.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and able to perform well in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
