Position Overview

We are looking for a
creative and detail-oriented Product Designer
to join our growing team. You will play a key role in shaping digital products from concept to launch — focusing on usability, visual craft, and motion to bring ideas to life. This role requires a balance of strong UX thinking, clean UI execution, and the ability to produce graphics and animations that elevate product experiences.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in product design (UX/UI)
  • Proficiency in Figma (auto-layouts, component libraries, prototypes)
  • Strong visual design skills and eye for typography, layout, and hierarchy
  • Experience designing responsive interfaces for web and mobile
  • Comfortable working closely with developers and PMs to iterate quickly
  • Ability to create high-quality motion and animation assets (After Effects, Lottie, or similar)
  • Experience in designing graphics, icons, and marketing visuals to support brand consistency
  • Familiarity with design systems and component-based thinking
  • Excellent communication skills — must be fluent and confident in English
  • Experienced and worked in Web3 or fintech products

Preferred Skills

  • Deep understanding of
    UI design principles
    and ability to craft pixel-perfect, visually stunning interfaces
  • Exceptional visual taste — strong sense of composition, typography, and color
  • Skilled in
    graphics and motion design
    , capable of creating animations that enhance brand and product experiences
  • Ability to produce
    marketing visuals
    , brand collaterals, and storytelling assets that align with product identity (when needed)
  • Experience with
    branding systems
    and turning brand guidelines into cohesive product visuals
  • Familiarity with
    blockchain and fintech products
    , understanding of how complex data and flows can be simplified visually
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments

Key Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive and visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications
  • Translate product requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure design accuracy and seamless handoff
  • Create motion and interactive prototypes to communicate design intent
  • Produce supporting visual and graphic assets for product and marketing use
  • Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and motion techniques
