Job Responsibility:

  • Drive Business Outcomes : Partner with business teams to align product strategies with key business objectives and ensure value delivery.
  • Define Strategies and Tactics: Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to craft and execute strategies that provide value to customers.
  • Customer and Stakeholder Insights : Engage with customers and stakeholders to uncover their pain points and identify opportunities to deliver meaningful solutions.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making : Dive deep into customer feedback and data analytics to identify trends, gain insights, and shape product decisions.
  • Technical Collaboration : Develop a solid understanding of the technical context to enable informed decision-making and work closely with engineers on solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance/Accounting, or related field.2 years of experience as a Product Owner or a related field.

  • Product Design Awareness : A strong sense of product design and the ability to identify what constitutes good design.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills to understand and articulate complex business processes effectively.
  • Cross-Functional Experience: Proven experience working with diverse teams, including engineering, UX/UI, and data is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Self-Motivated: A can-do attitude with a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities.
  • Product Management Knowledge: Familiarity with modern product discovery and delivery techniques and methods.
  • Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of software development is preferred but not mandatory
