Job Description

  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team consisting of:

  • Software Developers (Backend, Web, IOS, Android)

  • QA Engineers
  • Data Engineers
  • Product Owners
  • Customer Experience Designers
  • IT Project Managers
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development process — from concept, design, and development to testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Managing, mentoring and supporting team members
  • Oversee end-to-end software development activities, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Define and maintain the technical vision, system architecture, and development standards to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members across all platforms.
  • Actively participate in software development when necessary, including coding, reviewing code, debugging, and developing proof-of-concept solutions for critical projects.
  • Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile practices, ensuring that sprints, backlogs, stand-ups, and retrospectives are effectively managed and aligned with business priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align technical strategies and product roadmaps with business objectives..
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in software engineering, version control, testing, documentation, and release management.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and resources to ensure successful and timely product delivery.
  • Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and teamwork within the development organization.

Job Specification

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
  • Minimum 7 years' experience as software engineer or software development experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and modern software development practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex, multi- platform software solutions.
  • Proven hands-on experience with at least one of the core technology stacks (Java Spring Boot, ReactJS, Swift, or Kotlin)
  • Experience developing and managing cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automation frameworks.
  • Experience in data integration, analytics, or business intelligence within product ecosystems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a focus on results and quality.
