Core Responsibilities

  • Project Management - The Project Coordinator will work in close collaboration with the Bank's Project Manager to support the smooth execution of project activities.
  • Infrastructure & Application Support - Support a selection of locally hosted infrastructure and applications, with on site and/or remote support, to ensure that infrastructure is supported and maintained with latest updates and upgrades as required, coordinating with other Bank teams.

Skills and Competencies

  • 5 + years of experience in Infrastructure and Bank specific applications
  • Proven experience in providing technical support for Servers, network, regulatory applications
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Regulatory Applications (Bank specific)
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work in shifts to provide continuous support.
