We are a growing real estate development company based in Phuket, specializing in high-quality villa developments for both residential and investment buyers.

To support our expansion, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong track record in the Phuket property market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the full sales cycle for villa developments, from initial inquiry to contract execution
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with project pricing, positioning, and market demand
  • Manage and motivate internal sales staff and external brokers, both local and international
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, partners, and key clients
  • Monitor market trends, competitor projects, and pricing dynamics in Phuket, with a focus on villa developments
  • Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates for management
  • Coordinate closely with marketing, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth closing processes
  • Represent the company professionally at client meetings, site visits, and promotional events
Requirements
  • Proven sales track record in real estate, preferably with developers rather than agencies
  • Strong knowledge of the Phuket real estate market, particularly villa projects
  • Experience managing brokers, commissions, and structured sales processes
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales performance
  • Comfortable dealing with international clients and cross-cultural environments
  • Eligible and ready to work in Thailand (Thai national or foreigner holding a valid work permit)
  • Fluency in English is required, additional languages are a strong advantage
