(1) Business Development & Project Expansion
- Identify and develop new business and project opportunities for EV charging stations and/or solar energy projects in Southeast Asia
- Search for, evaluate, and secure potential project locations, partners, and investment opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with:
Site owners
- Strategic partners
- Equipment providers
EPC contractors
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive projects from early-stage development to execution
(2) Technical & Commercial Support
- Present project concepts, business models, and technical solutions to customers and partners
- Support preliminary technical solution design for EV charging and/or solar energy projects
- Perform basic system simulations and yield analysis using PVsyst or equivalent tools
- Prepare project proposals, system layouts, technical documentation, and basic specifications
- Support commercial discussions, negotiations, and project closing together with management and sales teams
(3) Project Coordination & Support
Coordinate with installers, suppliers, and EPC partners during:
Project development
- Installation
- Commissioning
Operation & Maintenance (O&M)
Support coordination and resolution of technical issues related to:
EV charging systems
- Solar PV systems
- Battery Energy Storage Systems (ESS)
- EMS and monitoring platforms
(4) Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement
Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments related to:
EV charging infrastructure
- Solar energy
Energy storage
Provide market insights, project feedback, and improvement recommendations to management
- Maintain healthy and long-term relationships with customers and business partners
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, project development, or technical sales within EV charging and/or solar energy industry
- Experience in site acquisition, project expansion, or investment-related roles is a strong plus
Technical Capability:
- Familiar with PVsyst or similar simulation tools
- Able to understand and prepare single line diagrams
- Good understanding of EV charging systems, solar PV, and energy storage concepts
Skills:
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Commercial mindset with solid technical understanding
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Language:
- Good command of English
- Thai native or fluent preferred
