Job Responsibilities

(1) Business Development & Project Expansion

  1. Identify and develop new business and project opportunities for EV charging stations and/or solar energy projects in Southeast Asia
  2. Search for, evaluate, and secure potential project locations, partners, and investment opportunities
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with:

  4. Site owners

  5. Strategic partners
  6. Equipment providers
  7. EPC contractors

  8. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to drive projects from early-stage development to execution

(2) Technical & Commercial Support

  1. Present project concepts, business models, and technical solutions to customers and partners
  2. Support preliminary technical solution design for EV charging and/or solar energy projects
  3. Perform basic system simulations and yield analysis using PVsyst or equivalent tools
  4. Prepare project proposals, system layouts, technical documentation, and basic specifications
  5. Support commercial discussions, negotiations, and project closing together with management and sales teams

(3) Project Coordination & Support

  1. Coordinate with installers, suppliers, and EPC partners during:

  2. Project development

  3. Installation
  4. Commissioning
  5. Operation & Maintenance (O&M)

  6. Support coordination and resolution of technical issues related to:

  7. EV charging systems

  8. Solar PV systems
  9. Battery Energy Storage Systems (ESS)
  10. EMS and monitoring platforms

(4) Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement

  1. Monitor market trends, competitors, and regulatory developments related to:

  2. EV charging infrastructure

  3. Solar energy
  4. Energy storage

  5. Provide market insights, project feedback, and improvement recommendations to management

  6. Maintain healthy and long-term relationships with customers and business partners
Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Experience:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, project development, or technical sales within EV charging and/or solar energy industry
  • Experience in site acquisition, project expansion, or investment-related roles is a strong plus

Technical Capability:

  • Familiar with PVsyst or similar simulation tools
  • Able to understand and prepare single line diagrams
  • Good understanding of EV charging systems, solar PV, and energy storage concepts

Skills:

  • Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
  • Commercial mindset with solid technical understanding
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Language:

  • Good command of English
  • Thai native or fluent preferred
