This role focuses on driving profitable sales growth and client retention by collaborating with underwriting to meet business targets. You will strengthen AXA XL's relationships with brokers and clients, enhance brand reputation, and identify new business and cross-selling opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

Financial Performance

  • Drive premium growth in Thailand.
  • Collaborate with AXA XL's underwriters to ensure retention ratios, premium growth and profitability are all at targeted levels.

Business Development

  • Identify and profile assigned brokers to align AXA XL's product offerings with broker needs, and strengthen strategic positioning.
  • Promote AXA XL within the broker community to drive quality submissions, maintain strong relationships with key brokers, and coordinate meetings with underwriting and senior management.
  • Support the local execution of broker partnership agreements with Country Managers and underwriters, and represent AXA XL at key industry events.

Client Relationship Management

  • Identify and support business growth opportunities in collaboration with AXA XL teams, coordinate account targeting efforts, and build strong relationships with brokers and prospects to position for new opportunities.
  • Lead acquisition efforts for multi-line and key mono-line accounts, acting as project manager to coordinate underwriters and ensure unified, timely execution.
  • Serve as the relationship lead for strategic accounts, collecting valuable client insights to enhance underwriting decisions and ensuring AXA XL's value proposition is clearly communicated.
  • Promote cross-selling by aligning client needs with AXA XL's offerings, aiming to retain and grow profitable business across all lines.

Qualifications

  • Strong track record in driving growth and managing business in key markets, with solid experience in financial services, sales, marketing, and client relationship development.
  • Results-driven self-starter with a collaborative approach, capable of working across product lines and functions to achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of underwriting processes, risk factors, and business operations, with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve problems through sound decision-making.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional internal and external customer service, building credibility and long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Skilled in data interpretation and reporting, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to various audiences.
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization and multitasking skills, comfortable working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (including macro functions), with excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and documentation.
