Position Overview

The Lifestyle Design Consultant plays a key role in shaping the refined luxury experience that defines the Double V. This role involves providing personalized interior styling consultations, coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, and ensuring each project meets exceptional aesthetic, financial, and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, high-standard interior styling consultations for high-end clientele, ensuring every recommendation provides the best solution and an exceptional service experience that reflects Double V Group's refined luxury identity.
  • Collaborate closely with clients throughout concept and design development to ensure satisfaction, clarity, and consistency with luxury standards.
  • Represent and communicate the CEO's vision, serving as a Brand Representative for Double V.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including designers and architects to accurately translate client requirements into actionable project directions.
  • Support the sales closing process in collaboration with the CEO and internal teams by providing clients with clear, accurate, and compelling information that reinforces Double V's luxury value proposition.
  • Maintain professional follow-ups with clients to nurture business opportunities and guide them confidently toward a purchasing decision.
  • Present design concepts and highlight Double V's unique value to strengthen client confidence and facilitate successful sales closure.
  • Work closely with suppliers and partners to ensure smooth execution of project milestones.
  • Ensure all ongoing projects remain on schedule, aligned with scope, and in healthy operational condition.
  • Conduct meetings between the CEO, internal teams, and clients.
  • Monitor project income to ensure it aligns with expected financial timelines.
  • Track project expenditures and supplier payments to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Oversee profit-and-loss performance for each project.
  • Manage and review project budgets to maintain financial discipline and feasibility.
  • Draft design-related contracts, supplier agreements, and partner documentation.

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities)

  • ให้คำปรึกษาด้านการตกแต่งภายในแก่ลูกค้าระดับไฮเอนด์อย่างมืออาชีพ โดยมุ่งนำเสนอทางเลือกที่ดีที่สุด พร้อมมอบประสบการณ์การให้บริการที่สะท้อนอัตลักษณ์ความหรูหราและความเป็นมืออาชีพของ Double V Group
  • ทำงานร่วมกับลูกค้าอย่างใกล้ชิดตั้งแต่เริ่มต้นแนวคิดจนถึงขั้นพัฒนาการออกแบบ เพื่อให้เกิดความพึงพอใจ ความคุ้มค่า และสอดคล้องกับมาตรฐาน
  • เป็นตัวแทนถ่ายทอดและสื่อสารวิสัยทัศน์ของ CEO ทำหน้าที่เป็น Brand Representative ของ Double V
  • ปิดการขายร่วมกับ CEO และทีม เพื่อให้ลูกค้าตัดสินใจได้อย่างมั่นใจ โดยสื่อสารข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง ชัดเจน และสะท้อนคุณค่าของบริษัท
  • สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่แข็งแรงกับลูกค้าอย่างเหมาะสมและเป็นมืออาชีพ เพื่อรักษาโอกาสทางธุรกิจ

  • ดูแลให้ทุกโครงการดำเนินไปตามแผน ภายในขอบเขตงาน และควบคุมภาพลักษณ์ของโครงการ
  • ติดตามรายงานงบโครงการให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายโดยการทำงานร่วมกับทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  • ตรวจสอบค่าใช้จ่ายของโครงการและการชำระเงินให้พาร์ทเนอร์ เพื่อให้ข้อมูลทางการเงินถูกต้อง
  • ดูแลการจบงานโครงการให้ครบถ้วนในแต่ละโครงการ
  • บริหารและทบทวนงบประมาณของโครงการเพื่อให้เกิดพัฒนาและควบคุมค่าใช้จ่ายทางการเงิน
  • จัดทำข้อสรุปที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานออกแบบ สัญญาจ้างพาร์ทเนอร์ และเอกสารที่จำเป็นอื่น ๆ
