RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Research global fashion trends (footwear, apparel, and others) and interpret to the design's concept.

·       Create the design's concept, collection direction, mood board, color guidelines, material directions and present to the stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, R&D, MD) for the mutual alignment.

·       Sketch the shoes designs with technical elements and specifications of shoes' materials, color ways, construction, functions, other references, etc.

·       Create tech packs or designs job sheets with detailed descriptions, dimensions, materials, color, constructions, functions, etc. and coordinate with R&D, global product teams and/or suppliers for the prototypes.

·       Create and keep update the technical products' description to the marketing and sales team for commercial uses.

·       Contribute to other duties as per assigned (related to the products' launch).

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       Bachelor's degree in designs or related fields.

·       Minimum of 3 years' experience in creative and/ or products' designs.

·       Knowledge of shoes' materials, technical construction and development is a plus.

·       Have experience in Shoes or Fashion Business.

·       Strong passion for functional/ practical fashions and lifestyle.

·       Positive thinking and open-minded with a can-do attitude.

·       Proficient in Ms.Office package, Adobe products, 3D render, Sketching programs, etc.

·       Good in English, having the ability to present effectively in English.
