• Wine Pro – a wine cash & carry and distribution business with strong fundamentals.
• Stay Wellbeing & Lifestyle Resort – a 4-star lifestyle resort integrating hospitality, wellness, medical services, fitness, spa, and multiple food & beverage outlets.

Both companies are operationally complex, performance-driven, and led by a hands-on founder.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founder across both companies.

This role is designed to increase operational leverage, improve execution, and progressively reduce the Founder's day-to-day involvement while maintaining high standards.

The Chief of Staff acts as a strategic partner, operational integrator, and execution leader.

Key Responsibilities

1. Founder Support & Strategic Execution

• Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans across both companies
• Prepare decision briefs, dashboards, and follow-ups for key initiatives
• Act as a trusted sounding board on operational and organizational decisions

2. Operational Oversight

• Monitor performance metrics (financial, operational, people)
• Follow up with department heads and management teams on execution
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and underperformance early

3. Process & Structure Improvement

• Help professionalize systems, reporting, and internal processes
• Support delegation, decision frameworks, and role clarity
• Reduce micromanagement by improving accountability and visibility

Profile Sought

Experience

• 7–15+ years of experience in consulting, operations, hospitality, FMCG, private equity portfolio operations, or founder-led businesses
• Proven exposure to complex, multi-activity environments
• Experience working closely with a founder or senior executive is strongly preferred

• High emotional intelligence; able to manage strong personalities and pressure
