Sales Representative

Requirement:
· Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Science, Business Administration, Chemical, or a related field.
· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales (experience in agricultural products or related industries is an advantage).
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Result-oriented with a strong commitment to achieving targets.
· Ability to travel and work independently.
· Good command of both Thai and English.
· Possess a valid driver's license and own a car (preferred).
Job Description:
· We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Agricultural Products Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and expanding sales of various agricultural products, including acids, fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, rodenticides, plant hormones, micronutrients, fungicides, insecticides, and surfactants.
· You will play a key role in developing customer relationships and supporting the company's continued growth in the agricultural sector.
Responsibilities:
· Promote and sell a range of agricultural products (acids, fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, rodenticides, plant hormones, micronutrients, fungicides, insecticides, and surfactants) to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, dealers, and distributors.
· Identify and approach new potential clients to expand the customer base.
· Provide product presentations, demonstrations, and technical information to customers.
· Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, and finance) to ensure smooth order processing and high customer satisfaction.
· Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support business strategy and planning.
· Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management.
