Core Purpose

Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) transactions to support the company's financial stability, compliance, and cash flow management.


Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable (AR):

  • Issue invoices, debit notes, and credit notes accurately and on time.
  • Record, monitor, and reconcile customer invoices and payments.
  • Follow up on overdue payments and coordinate the team.
  • Maintain AR aging reports and provide monthly AR analysis.

Accounts Payable (AP):

  • Verify vendor invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documents.
  • Record and process payments to suppliers accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain AP aging reports and ensure proper reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with procurement and other departments regarding vendor payments.

General Accounting:

  • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer accounts).
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Support external and internal audits with required documents.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in accounting (AR & AP).
  • Knowledge of accounting standards and taxation (VAT, WHT).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and able to work under tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and teamwork.
