Job Description
Sales Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans that help achieve company goals
- Measuring sales performance to determine whether the team is making progress toward goals
- Understand the customer needs in order to review, plan, implement and deliver business solutions
- Continuously provide insights on Van/GT channel and ensure that channel strategies are updated
- Track, monitor, and report key Competitor activities on a Channel level, providing insights/plans to drive competitive advantage
- Develop and execute all trade/ schematic shopper promotions
- Initiate and deliver projects as assigned
Sales Capability
- Develop and implement Sales Capability strategy including develop and refine sales capability model and strategy over time in line with business requirements.
- Coach and work closely with Sales Managers, Branch Managers and Regional General Managers to strengthen account development capability to GT Sales Team
Qualification
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in BBA or related field MBA is preferable
- At least 5 years direct experience in FMCG business
- Proficiency in MS office, sales report program and data
- Able to work in upcountry as ongoing basis
- Well manage work under pressure situation
- Strong analytical skills and business mindset
- Negotiation & Commercial Knowledge Skill
