Job Description

Sales Development

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans that help achieve company goals
  • Measuring sales performance to determine whether the team is making progress toward goals
  • Understand the customer needs in order to review, plan, implement and deliver business solutions
  • Continuously provide insights on Van/GT channel and ensure that channel strategies are updated
  • Track, monitor, and report key Competitor activities on a Channel level, providing insights/plans to drive competitive advantage
  • Develop and execute all trade/ schematic shopper promotions
  • Initiate and deliver projects as assigned

Sales Capability

  • Develop and implement Sales Capability strategy including develop and refine sales capability model and strategy over time in line with business requirements.
  • Coach and work closely with Sales Managers, Branch Managers and Regional General Managers to strengthen account development capability to GT Sales Team

Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in BBA or related field MBA is preferable
  • At least 5 years direct experience in FMCG business
  • Proficiency in MS office, sales report program and data
  • Able to work in upcountry as ongoing basis
  • Well manage work under pressure situation
  • Strong analytical skills and business mindset
  • Negotiation & Commercial Knowledge Skill
