About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Software Developer to join our dynamic tech team on a 1-year contract basis. Based at our Phra Khanong office with hybrid flexibility, this pivotal role involves leading the design, development, and maintenance of robust, scalable software solutions for our PropTech web and mobile platforms.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead the full-cycle development (design, code, test, deploy) of high-quality, scalable, and secure applications for web and mobile platforms.
  • Design and implement complex system architecture and technical specifications, ensuring high performance, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages relevant to our stack (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, Java, C#) and review code from other team members to maintain high quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and QA Engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Drive adoption of best practices in software development, including Agile/Scrum, DevOps, CI/CD, testing methodologies, and performance optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, providing technical expertise to support and maintain existing systems.
  • Mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
What We're Looking For
  • 3 - 5 years of proven professional experience in full-stack or backend software development.
  • Strong expertise in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, , Go) and relevant frameworks.
  • Extensive experience with software architecture, design patterns, and building scalable microservices or distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in working with Relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases, including query optimization.
  • Deep understanding of API design (REST/GraphQL) and integration across various platforms.
  • Solid experience with Cloud Platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices, including containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Working knowledge of Agile development methodologies and Git version control.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
