As a Customer Solutions Executive, you'll be at the heart of client experience — assisting users across email, chat, and phone, solving inquiries efficiently, and helping them make the most of company's products and services. Required:

  • Minimum of 1-2 year of experience in Customer Support or Account Manger.
  • Fluent in Thai & English; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a high-energy environment.
  • Team player with a proven ability to work effectively under pressure.

Customer Support - Thai Speaker, based in URUGUAY, South America.

Location: Montevideo, Uruguay

We are seeking a Customer Support Executive (Thai Speaker) to join our client's dynamic global support team, our client is a leading Fintech company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and resolving client issues efficiently across multiple communication channels. You'll begin working remotely from your home city and relocate to Uruguay support office after the initial 2–3 months of training and onboarding.

Required:

  • Fluent in Thai and English (both written and spoken).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of prior customer service experience is an advantage, especially in fintech, banking, or shared services environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • High sense of responsibility, reliability, and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work effectively in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.

Benefits:

  • Salary (Upon relocation to Uruguay): USD 2,200/month
