Customer Support Officer

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
- Assist customers with product/service information, technical issues, and account-related questions.
- Record all customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system.
- Create and update knowledge base articles such as FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and standard responses.
- Prepare reports and documentation of customer communications for future reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other support tools.
- Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, if required.
- Fluent in both English and Korean (written and spoken).
- Ability to travel for business trips within Thailand as needed.
