Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Assist customers with product/service information, technical issues, and account-related questions.
  • Record all customer interactions and maintain accurate documentation in the CRM system.
  • Create and update knowledge base articles such as FAQs, troubleshooting guides, and standard responses.
  • Prepare reports and documentation of customer communications for future reference.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other support tools.
  • Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, if required.
  • Fluent in both English and Korean (written and spoken).
  • Ability to travel for business trips within Thailand as needed.
