Responsibilities:

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a strategic role in aligning human resources practices with business objectives. Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership, this role translates business needs into people solutions and drives initiatives that foster a high-performance, engaging, and inclusive work environment.

The HRBP will collaborate closely with leaders across departments to shape organizational strategies, develop talent, and ensure HR best practices are consistently implemented.

Responsibilities:

1. Strategic HR Planning

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and business unit heads to understand business goals and translate them into effective HR strategies and initiatives.

2. Talent Management

  • Lead talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Ensure workforce planning aligns with organizational goals and that talent pipelines are in place for critical roles.

3. Employee Relations

  • Proactively manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Foster a positive, compliant, and productive work environment.

4. Performance Management

  • Implement and manage performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Promote a culture of continuous development and performance excellence.

5. Organizational Development

  • Identify and implement initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
  • Support change management strategies to build adaptability and resilience across teams.

6. Compensation and Benefits

  • Partner with compensation and benefits teams to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
  • Contribute to the design, communication, and implementation of compensation programs.

7. Employee Development

  • Lead the rollout of learning and development initiatives to bridge skill gaps and foster career progression.
  • Support leadership development programs and succession planning efforts.

8. HR Metrics and Analytics

  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor HR effectiveness and guide strategic decision-making.
  • Provide insights to leadership on workforce trends, engagement levels, and potential risks.

9. Legal Compliance

  • Ensure HR practices comply with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Mitigate legal risks through proactive policy implementation, employee education, and training.

10. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)

  • Champion initiatives that promote a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with leaders to embed DEI principles into all HR and business processes.

11. HR Technology

  • Leverage HRIS and digital tools to enhance HR service delivery, data accuracy, and reporting efficiency.
  • Drive adoption of HR technologies that support streamlined operations and improved employee experiences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role.
  • Proven track record of partnering with business leaders in a dynamic, matrixed organization.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
