Role Overview

The Project Manager (Data Centre / Hi-Tech) will lead and oversee the delivery of complex, technically demanding construction projects, including data centres, semiconductor facilities, and mission-critical infrastructure. This role requires coordination with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery from design to commissioning.

There are three project locations: Pathumthani, Chonburi, and Bangkok.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery for data centre and hi-tech facility projects.
  • Oversee planning, design coordination, procurement, and construction activities.
  • Develop and maintain project programmes, budgets, and reporting schedules.
  • Manage communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards, local regulations, and quality requirements.
  • Support procurement and tender processes, including evaluation and contract administration.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
  • Coordinate with MEP, structural, and architectural teams for integrated project delivery.
  • Lead project meetings and prepare regular progress reports.
  • Oversee testing, commissioning, and final handover.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of project management experience within a consultancy or client-side environment.
  • Proven experience managing data centre or hi-tech projects (e.g., semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, R&D, mission-critical).
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems, critical power, and cooling infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
  • Professional certifications (PMP, MRICS, or equivalent) are an advantage.
