About the Role
- As a New Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex manufacturing and product launch projects on time, within scope, and aligned with company's global standards.

Key Responsibilities
Program Management:
Plan, execute, and monitor amplifier, speaker, and infotainment program launches.
- Develop work breakdown structures and detailed schedules using Harman's product development process.
Customer Engagement:
Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project status and approvals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Team Leadership:
Foster a positive, high-performance environment; coach and motivate team members.
- Allocate resources effectively and resolve conflicts to meet project commitments.
Process Compliance:
Follow corporate Standard Operating Procedures and Production Validation processes for project execution.
- Drive continuous improvement and standardization in project management practices.
Budget & Risk Management:
Establish and manage project budgets.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering related field.
- 10+ years of experience in project management within automotive or electronics manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of product development lifecycle and launch processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred.
