About the Role

  • As a New Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex manufacturing and product launch projects on time, within scope, and aligned with company's global standards.
  • This role requires strong leadership, customer interface skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Management:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor amplifier, speaker, and infotainment program launches.

  • Develop work breakdown structures and detailed schedules using Harman's product development process.

  • Customer Engagement:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project status and approvals.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.

  • Team Leadership:

  • Foster a positive, high-performance environment; coach and motivate team members.

  • Allocate resources effectively and resolve conflicts to meet project commitments.

  • Process Compliance:

  • Follow corporate Standard Operating Procedures and Production Validation processes for project execution.

  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization in project management practices.

  • Budget & Risk Management:

  • Establish and manage project budgets.

  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management within automotive or electronics manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of product development lifecycle and launch processes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred.
