About the Role

We're looking for a dynamic
Live & KOL Team Lead
to lead our live commerce and influencer marketing activities. This role will oversee livestream operations, manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and drive campaigns that boost engagement, sales, and brand awareness.

What You Will Do

  • Plan, manage, and oversee
    livestream campaigns
    on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook Live, and Instagram.
  • Recruit, onboard, and maintain relationships with
    KOLs / influencers
    to align with brand objectives.
  • Coordinate content calendars, campaign briefs, and product seeding for KOL activities.
  • Monitor live performance (viewer engagement, conversion, and sales metrics) and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and visuals.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to the livestream team and KOLs to enhance performance.
  • Manage budgets for live and KOL campaigns; track ROI and prepare monthly reports.
  • Keep up with emerging trends in social media, influencer marketing, and livestream commerce.

What We Look For

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years' experience in
    livestream, influencer/KOL management, or digital marketing
    .
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and livestream shopping trends.
  • Experience negotiating contracts and partnerships with influencers or agencies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Creative mindset with analytical thinking to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Leadership skills to coach and manage a small team.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
