Job Description:
Business & Financial Modeling
- Create robust business models that define value propositions, revenue structures, costing structures, expenses, related investments, and scalability potential.
- Develop financial models (P&L, cash flow, NPV, IRR) to evaluate commercial viability.
- Conduct financial feasibility studies to support go/no-go decisions.
- Research market information, competitors / key players, and related regulations to support assumptions usage.
- Be able to come up with appropriated sensitivity factors, and sensitivity analysis.
Business Proposals
- Prepare investment proposals, business cases, and presentations for executive and board-level decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with all relevant stakeholders i.e. finance, legal, operations, etc., or supplier to ensure alignment of business plans.
- Engage external consultants, advisors, or partners when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree / MBA is a plus).
- 4-5 years of experience in business development, feasibility studies, and financial analysis.
- Professional in building business models, financial models, and feasibility studies for new businesses in various industries is a MUST.
- Experience in automotive, mobility, or related industries is a strong advantage.
- Proficient in English (speaking and writing).
- Logical thinking.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with advanced Excel formula & function, and financial modeling skills.
- Ability to conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and financial feasibility studies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate ideas into structured business cases (Business sense).
- Entrepreneurial spirit with high adaptability and problem-solving capability (Sense of ownership).
- Result oriented and good prioritization (sense of emergency).
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
