Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and prepare datasets by filtering data, handling missing values, and ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Analyze sales reports, operational data, and business trends to identify insights, patterns, and opportunities for improving profitability and cost control.
  • Utilize statistical tools and techniques to explore data, uncover relationships, and detect trends.
  • Manage and organize data in spreadsheets, generate reports, and present findings to management and stakeholders.
  • Develop action plans and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance operational efficiency and business performance.
  • Create visual representations of data findings through charts, graphs, and dashboards to facilitate understanding.
  • Prepare reports and presentations to effectively communicate insights, supporting data-driven decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualification:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or strategic planning within the retail industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as MS Office, Power BI, SQL, or other related tools.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, financial analysis, and market trends to drive data-driven strategies.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving: Excellent ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Communication & Presentation: Strong skills in simplifying complex data insights for non-technical stakeholders through clear communication and compelling presentations.
  • Language: Good command of English for effective collaboration and reporting.
