Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving retail and rental sales within the assigned territory, covering prospecting, site surveys, solution presentation, negotiation, closing, and after-sales follow-up to support business growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Execute retail and rental sales activities to achieve assigned targets.
  • Identify and develop new customers through online and offline channels.
  • Conduct site surveys and analyze customer needs to recommend suitable MHE and forklift solutions.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and rental terms.
  • Negotiate pricing and conditions, close sales, and coordinate contracts.
  • Coordinate with service, operations, and logistics teams for smooth delivery and service.
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Prepare sales reports, update CRM, and monitor market and competitor activities.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales; industrial, machinery, or B2B sales experience is an advantage.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office / CRM systems.
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel within assigned areas.
