Job Summary:

We are looking for aspiring Automation Engineers with 0–5 years of experience to join us. This is a high-potential career development opportunity for young engineers to engage in key manufacturing and process optimization projects. The role offers broad exposure to cross-functional collaboration and global best practices in industrial engineering.


Position: Automation Engineer (0–5 Years of Experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of automation systems and equipment.
  • Program and troubleshoot PLCs, robots, and other automation tools.
  • Support the installation and testing of automated machinery.
  • Analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation into existing processes.
  • Document processes, workflows, and system configurations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in automation or related roles.
  • Basic knowledge of PLC programming and automation tools (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • TOEIC 550+

Language Requirement:

*Proficient in Thai and able to communicate fluently in English / Chinese is a plus.
