·Assist the manager with production, equipment, safety, and environmental protection duties;

·Manage manufacturing process cost, quality, site management, safety, and production management;

·Responsible for managing the teams under the Production Management Office;

·Coordinate relations between Chinese and Thai employees, handling employee inquiries, labor disputes, and cross-cultural communication issues. Responsible for daily management and performance appraisals, training, and rationalization suggestions (team goals and progress against plan, team reviews, evaluations, and problem rectification, accountability assessments, and incentives);

·Design training programs tailored to the Thai and cross-cultural contexts, complete new employee orientation, and track employee performance and growth paths.

·Organize and develop the company's annual plans and goals, assign them to specific individuals, and oversee their implementation;

·Establish and improve management office-level rules and regulations, organize and conduct performance appraisals, and improve the appraisal system. 6. Responsible for the environmental protection, occupational health, and safety systems, ensuring their effective operation at the factory.

·Responsible for planning and supervising the production of required tooling and spare parts, tracking the return progress, and inspecting tooling.

·Responsible for leading the development of on-site 5S standards, conducting on-site 5S inspections, assessments, and rectifications, and conducting on-site improvement activities.

·Responsible for the planning and establishment of departmental quality system processes, development, and standards, and responsible for their compliance and effectiveness.

·Responsible for leading the execution of customer-related audits and the rectification of issues.

·Responsible for the department's PPSA, new product, and process audits.

·Responsible for quality information management (transmission, monitoring, and closure).

·Responsible for leading the analysis and rectification of quality issues.

·Responsible for other tasks assigned by the department.
