JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Drive and execute the group's financial strategy across multiple legal entities to ensure sustainable growth and financial resilience.
  • Lead end-to-end financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to optimize profitability and liquidity.
  • Ensure compliance with Thai GAAP, IFRS, SEC, and SET regulations through accurate statutory reporting and strong governance.
  • Partner with the CEO, Board, and Audit Committee to guide financial performance, investments, and strategic initiatives.
  • Oversee investor relations, ensuring transparent communication with shareholders, analysts, and financial institutions.
  • Manage capital structure, cash flow, and funding strategies to support long-term business expansion.
  • Strengthen internal control frameworks and ensure effective financial risk management.
  • Optimize ERP and reporting systems for real-time consolidation, analysis, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead financial due diligence and valuation processes for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build, mentor, and empower high-performing teams across Finance, Accounting, and Investor Relations to drive excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 17 years of progressive experience in finance leadership, and 5 years in a senior executive or C-suite role within a publicly listed or multinational manufacturing company.
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS, as well as Thai SEC and SET regulatory and reporting requirements, including corporate governance practices.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluent in both Thai and English, with the ability to operate effectively in a bilingual business environment.

Salary: Up to THB 200,000 (based on qualifications & experiences)
