Job Description- Lead overall finance, accounting, treasury, and reporting functions to ensure strong financial performance and business integrity
- Drive financial strategy, budgeting, and long-term planning to support company growth and operational scalability
- Oversee regulatory compliance, financial governance, and internal control systems
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital structure optimization
- Enhance financial processes and data accuracy through system improvements and automation
- Act as a key business partner to senior management, providing insights for investment, expansion, and strategic decision-making
- Lead financial risk management, audit coordination, and continuous process improvement
- Develop and mentor high-performing finance and accounting teams
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred; CPA/CFA is an advantage
- 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
- Proven success in a mid-to-large-scale organization, ideally in asset-heavy or operations-driven industries
- Strong capabilities in financial planning, capital management, and corporate governance
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across executive levels
- Experience navigating rapid growth environments and managing complex change initiatives
