Job Description
  • Lead overall finance, accounting, treasury, and reporting functions to ensure strong financial performance and business integrity
  • Drive financial strategy, budgeting, and long-term planning to support company growth and operational scalability
  • Oversee regulatory compliance, financial governance, and internal control systems
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital structure optimization
  • Enhance financial processes and data accuracy through system improvements and automation
  • Act as a key business partner to senior management, providing insights for investment, expansion, and strategic decision-making
  • Lead financial risk management, audit coordination, and continuous process improvement
  • Develop and mentor high-performing finance and accounting teams
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred; CPA/CFA is an advantage
  • 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
  • Proven success in a mid-to-large-scale organization, ideally in asset-heavy or operations-driven industries
  • Strong capabilities in financial planning, capital management, and corporate governance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across executive levels
  • Experience navigating rapid growth environments and managing complex change initiatives
