หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

  • วางแผน ควบคุม และบริหารงานด้านบัญชีและการเงินให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานบัญชีและนโยบายของบริษัท

  • ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของงบการเงิน, รายงานทางการเงิน, และภาษีอากร

  • กำกับดูแลการปิดบัญชีรายเดือน/รายปี และการจัดทำงบการเงินเพื่อนำเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร

  • บริหารกระแสเงินสด (Cash Flow Management) และวางแผนงบประมาณประจำปี

  • ประสานงานกับผู้สอบบัญชีภายนอก หน่วยงานราชการ และธนาคาร

  • วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลทางการเงินเพื่อนำเสนอแนวทางปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพทางการเงินขององค์กร

  • ดูแลและพัฒนาทีมงานบัญชีให้สามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและโปร่งใส


คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

  • เพศใดก็ได้ อายุ 40 ปีขึ้นไป

  • วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

  • มีใบอนุญาตผู้สอบบัญชี (CPA License)

  • มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งบริหารด้านบัญชี/การเงิน ไม่น้อยกว่า 10 ปี

  • มีความรู้ด้านภาษีอากร มาตรฐานการรายงานทางการเงิน (TFRS)

  • มีทักษะการบริหารทีม การวิเคราะห์ทางการเงิน และการสื่อสารที่ดี

  • สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในระดับใช้งานได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

  • มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ โปร่งใส และยึดมั่นในจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ

Job Opening: Accounting & Finance Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the overall accounting and financial operations of the company to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

  • Review and verify the accuracy of financial statements, reports, and tax submissions.

  • Supervise monthly and annual closing processes and prepare financial statements for management review.

  • Manage cash flow and budgeting to ensure efficient financial planning and liquidity control.

  • Liaise with external auditors, government authorities, and financial institutions.

  • Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

  • Lead and develop the accounting team to maintain high standards of accuracy, transparency, and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Age 40 years or above

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA License) is required

-Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance management

  • Strong knowledge of taxation, financial reporting standards (TFRS/IFRS)

  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills

  • Good command of English (both written and spoken) will be an advantage

  • High integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to professional ethics
